Troubleshooting — Quick fixes

I’m not receiving notifications
Check your device notification settings, ensure location permission is enabled, and confirm the app isn’t restricted by battery saver. If using iOS, allow Notifications and Background App Refresh.
My report was removed
Reports are moderated for safety and accuracy. If you disagree, submit an appeal via the contact form and any proof (photos, timestamps).
How do I delete my account?
Use the in-app settings → Settings → Delete Account, or email support@alerten.org and we will process your request within 7 days.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store minimal data. For more detail, read our Privacy Policy. To request data export or deletion, contact support@alerten.org.
