Troubleshooting — Quick fixes
- I’m not receiving notifications
- Check your device notification settings, ensure location permission is enabled, and confirm the app isn’t restricted by battery saver. If using iOS, allow Notifications and Background App Refresh.
- My report was removed
- Reports are moderated for safety and accuracy. If you disagree, submit an appeal via the contact form and any proof (photos, timestamps).
- How do I delete my account?
- Use the in-app settings → Settings → Delete Account, or email support@alerten.org and we will process your request within 7 days.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store minimal data. For more detail, read our Privacy Policy. To request data export or deletion, contact support@alerten.org.
